I have been using this product for almost 4 years now and am now at the low cartridge and may quit someday but they don't bother me at all-no coughing-even when I quit smoking and was using the high cartridge I could really tell a difference, you don't get all the bad stuff like you do in cigarettes, but you just get nicotine so its just choices, even my doctor doesn't have a problem with me using these-Happy Holidays to All.

If you are trying to quit smoking, these E-cigs are the best. Just nicotine, not all the bad stuff that are in cigarettes-I use the low so I can finally quit all together but you have to start on Med or High first and scale back, it works

Good flavor, convenient delivery. BUT, we do get a dud cartridge once in awhile. Like buying a pack of broken cigarettes.
